1 cake mix (chocolate works well)
1 egg
2 C. cool whip
Mix all ingredients. (Do not add the normal ingredients you would to make a cake). Spoon into powdered sugar. Roll in pwd sugar. Flatten with a fork. Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350 for 10-12 min.
